14 locations, always different, always interesting

The great appeal of Bruges’ museum collections is their incredible diversity. From the Flemish Primitives to contemporary art, from the fine arts to archaeological finds, not to mention silverware, tapestries, furniture, and poetry, the museums of Bruges contain endless surprises for young and old alike.

Musea Brugge is also responsible for Raakvlak (the intermunicipal archaeological service for Bruges and surrounding area), for the Erfgoedcel (Bruges cultural inheritance department) and for the Flemish Research Center for the Arts in the Burgundian Netherlands.
