Biennial competition for young contemporary visual artists For the eighth time, we are organising the biennial competition for young contemporary visual artists. The format is still the same: the young artists selected by a professional jury show their work in Exporuimte Poortersloge.    This time, the arrangement of this exhibition is in the hands of curator Lieze Eneman. She and the five-member jury choose an artist to receive the incentive prize and, of course, the laureate. Who, in addition to their cash prize, will also receive a solo exhibition or be part of the exhibition in which Cultuurcentrum Brugge participates during Triënnale Brugge 2024. > vernissage with announcement of the prizes on Saturday 18 November at 19.00 hrs > nocturnes on Friday evening by resident artists Club Magie on 25 November, 9 December 2023 and 5 January 2024 from 20.00 hrs > Thursday to Sunday inclusive from 13.00 to 17.00 hrs > closed on public holidays
