Today storm Louis passes over our province. The RMI forecasts strong winds (5-6 Beaufort) and at the coast even very strong to stormy winds (7-8 Beaufort). The most intense gusts can be expected in the late afternoon and especially this evening.

Bruges may well be a grand UNESCO World Heritage city, but it is still a city on a human scale. Compact, cozy and with all the must-sees just a stone's throw from each other. So put your walking boots on, stroll along the water and through the alleys, discover hidden spots and above all ... enjoy all the splendour Bruges has to offer.

It's wonderful to get lost wandering around the winding streets of Bruges, but it is also fascinating to explore the city with a Bruges expert. Opt for a classic tour featuring the highlights of our UNESCO World Heritage City, or be guided along less familiar spots, accompanied by spicy anecdotes.

With qualified guides

First time in Bruges, or have you already visited? No matter how much you know Bruges, exploring the city with a qualified guide will definitely teach you something new. Three guide associations are at your disposal, each with their own themes or stories. The guides from the Koninklijke Gidsenbond Brugge (Bruges Guides), Hello Bruges and S-wan Guides with a twist are the city's ambassadors. These proud guides are passionate about telling you all about "their" Bruges.

In collaboration with these 3 guide associations, Visit Bruges developed the 'Bruges from the heart’ walk, for which you can sign up individually. The guide will take you on an exclusive visit to the roof terrace of Concertgebouw Brugge (Concert Hall)

By the way, did you know that you can also book qualified guides for a guided visit to a museum or temporary exhibition? Feel free to ask any of the guide associations for information.
