Graaf Visartpark (Count Visart Park)
Nature

The Graaf Visartpark is flourishing. This oasis of green is a boon to local people and passers-by. There is the traffic garden designed for little legs, and a splendid play area that looks as if it was built out of tree trunks. A challenging adventure playground to inspire the imagination, where children of pre-school and school age are encouraged to climb, swing and slide to their heart’s content. A wooden walkway runs through the playground. The park was named after the former mayor Amedée Visart de Bocarmé (1835-1924), the great champion of green spaces.
