Carmersbrug (Carmelite Bridge)
Free Bridges and water Outdoor

The Carmelite Bridge stands at the epicentre of the canals and is also one of the   city’s many renowned sights. Not only do the many canals come together here; the stepped gables are elegantly reflected in the water, so whichever way you look you’ll be rewarded with a dazzling view of the city. Below, look out for a bas-relief of a priest; a reference to the lost Carmelites Convent that stood here on the corner of the Carmersstraat.
