Reiefestival
Fourteen new creations at first edition of Reiefestival in Bruges
Fans of performing arts should be in Bruges from 18 to 20 August for the brand-new Reiefestival. This triennial festival bridges the gap between heritage and contemporary performing arts.
Fourteen national and international artists will make some unique creations inspired by the theme of 'Faith' and the rich heritage of Bruges. Locations on and around the canals will come atmospherically to life during theatre shows, performances, installations, concerts, processions, etc.
More than 50 performances by some big names and emerging talent are on the programme. The festival centre in Salon Arents (Dijver 16) is the place to go for tickets, information or to have a drink.
There are free and paid-for performances. Tickets will go on sale on 3 May at 11am.
