For this diamond-cutting house was restored to its former glory and now serves as a b&b. This protected monument is located just outside the ramparts of Bruges and was built in 1927 by the renowned Huib Hoste. And that caused quite a stir. By then, the architect had already embraced modernism, so he went full steam ahead with those new stylistic elements and that revolutionary concrete. This timeless gem is the remarkable result. From now on, you can immerse yourself in Huib Hoste's world here, be inspired by his bold colours and materials and experience for yourself how he played with light.
