The Best Hip Breakfast Spots in Bruges

Tic tac, your busy touristic day in Bruges has just started. You will be in top form until the end of the day while mesmerizing at Bonifacius Bridge or while enjoying the picturesque Minnewater Lake. And what do you need to be prepared for your day? A breakfast that's a joy to your palate at a cozy cafe. Here are our picks for hip breakfast places in Bruges - if you believe, just like us, that breakfast is so precious.

1.Sanserveria Bagelsalon

Would you like to lose yourself when trying to chose from a list of absolutely appetizing bagels? Then we suggest you come to "The hip side of medieval Bruges"! Sanseveria offers a wide range of delicious bagels, from more classic ones with avocados and eggs to more creative ones as bagels with speculoos paste and apple. You can also order a "Short & Powerful Breakfast" or if you feel like it, a ... "King's Breakfast!". The atmosphere of the café is incredibly lovely, with nostalgic patterned floor tiles and succulents plants hanging around. The place is rather a small one and also quite popular among locals. So we recommend to be an early bird if you choose this one.
